Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use Sales by ScaleMedia.ai(the "Service"), operated by Scale Media AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to it.

1. Authorized use only

You may only submit and analyze URLs and content that you are authorized to process. You must not use the Service in a way that infringes any law, third-party right, or the terms or technical restrictions of the websites you analyze.

2. Prohibited activities

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory activity.
  • Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, or data-protection rights of others.
  • Unlawful scraping, bulk harvesting of personal data, or circumventing access controls or rate limits of target websites.
  • Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, probing, or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, or providing the Service to third parties without authorization.
  • Using the Service to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (see our AI Transparency page).
  • Submitting confidential, special-category, or other sensitive data you are not permitted to share with our third-party AI provider.

3. Fair use of included AI

AI analysis is provided by us at no charge and is subject to fair-use limits (for example, rate limits per account). You must not attempt to circumvent those limits, resell or redistribute the included AI capacity, or use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or our AI provider.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe breaches this policy or the law. We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
