AI Transparency

Last updated: 22 June 2026

Sales by ScaleMedia.ai uses third-party AI models to generate research and scoring. This policy explains how AI is used and its limitations.

1. How AI is used

When you run an analysis, we fetch publicly available content from the URL you provide and send it, with our instructions, to the AI provider you selected, authenticated with your API key. The model returns an assessment that we score and present to you.

2. Accuracy & limitations

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or incomplete ("hallucinations").
  • Scores are heuristic estimates, not guarantees of any business outcome.
  • You must independently verify anything you rely on. Outputs are not professional advice.

3. Your data and the AI provider

The content sent for analysis is processed by your chosen provider under their terms. On some free tiers, providers may use submitted data to improve their models. If this matters for your use case, use a paid tier or a provider/configuration that excludes training, and avoid submitting confidential information. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service or its AI outputs to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, to generate unlawful content, or to analyze websites you are not authorized to analyze.

5. No liability for AI outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Media AI is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated outputs. See the Terms of Service.

This document is a template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before relying on it.
