1. No charges from us

Sales by ScaleMedia.ai (the "Service"), operated by Scale Media AI, is currently provided free of charge. We do not sell subscriptions or charge fees for access, so there are no payments to us and consequently nothing for us to refund.

2. AI usage is included

AI analysis is provided by us at no charge, using third-party models we make available through OpenRouter. You are not billed by any AI provider for using the Service, so there are no third-party usage charges for us to refund.

3. If paid plans are introduced

Should we introduce paid plans in the future, this policy will be updated with the applicable refund terms before any charge is made, including your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU where it applies.
