Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sales by ScaleMedia.ai (the "Service"), operated by Scale Media AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sales by ScaleMedia.ai generates AI-assisted research and scoring about companies from publicly available website content, using third-party AI models we make available through OpenRouter. We do not build the underlying AI models and are not responsible for their outputs (see our AI Policy).

2. Your responsibilities & authorization

  • You confirm you are authorized to submit and analyze each URL you enter, and that doing so does not violate any law, third-party right, or website terms.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You will not use the Service to harass, infringe, scrape unlawfully, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. No professional advice

Outputs are informational only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scale Media AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection or product-liability rules).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scale Media AI harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including any analysis you were not authorized to run.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
